Home - Life Kitchen

Life Kitchen offers cookery classes with an aim to help people with cancer or taste loss to rediscover their love of food. We focus on taste and flavour, but our philosophy is about teaching people to enjoy food again.  We explain the science behind taste and smell, and give tips on how to enhance cooking using umami, layering and texture. We also have a lot of fun.
