Hair loss and wigs

Hair loss can be really difficult for a young person, even when you know it’s going to happen. Most young people probably never thought they would be considering wearing a wig. There are some really amazing wigs these days, made of real hair, which can be styled similarly to your natural hair.

The Teenage and Young Adult Team can support you to get a real hair wig for free.

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs to boys and girls across the UK and Ireland that have sadly lost their own hair through cancer treatment.

0-25 Cancer Services East Midlands is a partnership between University Hospitals of Leicester and Nottingham University Hospitals
